I thought the dealer were very pushy with extra work because you can have it interest free. Also they said the car was perfect on health check then wasn't, I felt because I said no to additional work.

The car service and customer service was excellent. However, the additional £120 cost of wheel re-alignment came from nowhere and was not expected or budgeted for.

My car is still not charging to 100% i was informed my car had been charged during the check but it appeared as if it had not reaaly been charged that much as i had charged my car prior to dropping it off

Waiting around for Service Manager can take some time. If I've got a mtg. I can't just drop keys and go. I sometimes can wait 30 mins between checking car in and leaving.

After completing the recall for airbag and egr I was a bit surprised that you didn't reset the airbag warning light as a goodwill gesture especially having spent £500 on a new battery, otherwise the service was very good.
