Whilst my car was in for a warranty repair they kindly updated the software on my idrive (free of charge) whilst I am very grateful for the generosity, it has now caused further issues with a return visit and no further to fixing issues.

Lunch and coffee was a great touch! The valet was below par and some of the assessment made wasn't correct or made a little thing sound a lot worse than it is and designed to extract more money from me. This didn't fill me with confidence to return.

Very dissatisfied. I brought my car for service so the engine light could be fixed before the MOT. Despite this, the MOT was done and the car failed. I refused the £198 diagnostic fee & took my car elsewhere. I was later told I must pay again retest.

I noticed that it was not cleaned satisfactorily. There was still dirt present under the wheel arch,& overall, it felt like a rushed job. As I pay premium prices for this service, I expect a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detai.

The service cost was very expensive, even after a discount to get a bit nearer to an alternative quotation from a BMW specialist garage. Also it took an hour to finally wash the car and get the bill ready for me to pay.

I went to a recall for the EGR, and the mechanics forgot the screws from the old one on the engine shield The second time I went and explained to them that I had a problem with the EGR valve and they said I had to pay £250 to replace it
