Sometimes a delay in responding to emails but the overall process was good, Jacob and Jordan were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I asked about having a full tank of fuel upon collection but this wasn't provided which would of enhanced my order.

Milo McMahon-Marsden also was making me comfortable in taking lead in these things so I don't had to stress or worry. I felt safe with someone around me who had my best intrests at heart. He sorted out my old car exchange and new car insurance.

It was awful. Terrible communication every time you needed update of vehicle. Failed promises to return call. On one occasion, false claim that I had been contacted. Completely insensitive to my plight of being without car for 2 weeks.

Vehicle health check, again not allowed to view or discuss until we'd paid the bill. £2454.19 (£780 paid just to see paperwork). AT NO TIME HAS THE BRAKE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED.

In past I have dealt twice with Nicole Cashmore - a service advisor she was brilliant. Last couple of times have dealt with Aurang Zeib at Coventry branch. Not so keen on him- bit off putting person. Don't even give you a chance to speak !

In my 20 years experience of using Sytner I felt pressured in the up sale of tyres. On this occasion I felt I was not kept informed on how long the repairs were going to take, not giving me time to plan what work without my car.
